Support Built Around You
Individual Support for Individual Goals
One to one sessions are provided for a minimum of two hours, allowing enough time to take part in meaningful activities and experiences within the community.
Everyone has different interests and different ideas about what they would like to achieve.
Our one to one community support provides dedicated time with a support worker, allowing activities and experiences to be planned around what matters to the individual.
This could include developing confidence, meeting new people, enjoying leisure activities, accessing educational opportunities or simply becoming more involved within the local community.

What Can One-to-One Support Help With?
Support Planned Around Your Needs
Getting to Know You First
Before one-to-one support begins, we will take time to understand the person, their support requirements and what they would like to achieve.
A comprehensive care plan is agreed before support starts so that Parkside can confirm that we are able to meet the individual’s needs and provide appropriate support.
This also allows individuals, families, carers and professionals to discuss any requirements and ask questions before sessions begin.
