What is the LIFE Project?
Learning Skills for Everyday Life
Based at Parkside in Aldershot, the programme combines individual development with group activities, friendships and opportunities to get involved in the local community.
Activities are designed to help people develop skills they can use in everyday life while encouraging greater independence, confidence and participation.
Every four to five weeks, the group works through a programme focused on a particular life skill. Each person also has their own learning plan with realistic goals based around their individual development.
