About Us

Helping adults develop skills, build connections and take an active part in their local community.

Helping People Live Life Their Way

More Choice, More Confidence, More Connection

Parkside is a local charity supporting adults with learning disabilities and associated needs in Aldershot and the surrounding areas.

We provide person centred care and support designed around each individual, helping people build confidence, develop everyday skills, form friendships and take part in activities within their local community.

Our support can look different for everyone. For some, it may mean developing greater independence and life skills. For others, it may be about meeting new people, enjoying social and leisure activities, gaining work experience or receiving the right level of support to take part in everyday life.

By working closely with individuals, families, carers, social workers and other professionals, we aim to create meaningful opportunities that help every person feel valued, included and supported.

A Brief History of Parkside

Parkside has been supporting people with learning difficulties in his area for over 60 years.
